Jalafuego Hot Pepper

Large, strong plants bear super-pungent peppers. The extra long length is suitable for growing conditions that might limit the size of other hot peppers. Good disease resistance.

Jalapeno Hot Pepper

 Pungent, thick-walled and juicy. Great for eating fresh, pickling or used for "poppers". Fruit emerges dark green and will turn to red. Dried and smoked red jalapenos are known as chipotle.
